Johannes Overbeck serves as CEO of Navaris, combining financial excellence with deep industry expertise. Over more than 15 years, he has gained international experience in the renewable energy sector, including roles at Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas and Scottish project developer Nadara.
This broad exposure to different markets, technologies and project phases shapes his leadership approach. He brings a strong understanding of the economic, regulatory and strategic dynamics of the global energy transition. At Navaris, he applies this expertise to drive sustainable growth, set clear priorities and guide the organisation through a dynamic market environment.
As CFO, Philipp Wagener is responsible for the financial steering and development of Navaris. He brings extensive experience from senior finance roles.
Through his work in international corporate structures, transformation phases and growth-oriented business models, he combines strong analytical depth with a clear strategic perspective. This combination enables him to strengthen financial stability, transparency and investment capacity, thereby providing the foundation for Navaris´ sustainable growth and the long-term success of its project portfolio.
As COO, Georg Boie is responsible for the operational value chain, from project development through EPC to the operation of the portfolio. He brings 18 years’ experience in the renewable energy sector, initially as a management consultant at Roland Berger, and subsequently as a managing director at juwi, Alterric and PNE, where he was responsible for project development and asset management at both national and international levels. At Navaris, he is drawing on his experience in the growth, scaling and transformation of organisations to successfully develop the platform further alongside the team, consistently focusing on implementation and value creation, and thereby positioning the company effectively to meet the future challenges of the market.
