Navaris pursues very ambitious investment targets on the German market with the development of a +3 GW late-stage project pipeline. With this focus, we acquire wind farms for repowering projects and are also interested in project rights for new wind farms. Our strategy includes the acquisition of projects of all sizes and at all stages of development. Thanks to our many years of experience in project evaluation, we are able to make attractive offers and, for example, already price in the repowering potential.
During the acquisition phase, the plant owner is assigned a fixed contact person who accompanies them through the entire process. As we finance 100% of our purchases from our own funds, short decision-making processes are guaranteed. This means that together we go through the transaction process in a very pragmatic, cooperative and efficient manner.
The repowering potential is fully priced in.
